Session Seven is a focused means of consensus decision making in a group.
Good videos can be seen/heard on Task Roles, Maintenance Roles and Blocking Roles. It can be quite useful to find out which roles you may fit into, and which roles others may take. This can be used as a springboard to know how to manage group projects or other similar situations.
Besides the videos, three case studies are read aloud through the sound cloud, AND a most challenging game is explained under Application at the end of the session. This "hassle line" game is a wonderful way to see how nonviolent communication can diffuse a tense situation.
