After completing her graduate work and working for the Department of Transportation of New York City, our first intern from 2003, Ellen Zielinski, has been appointed Director of Clean Energy and Innovative Technologies in 2015. Her department focuses on renewable energy for New York City where she continues to use conflict management tools to complete viable projects as shown in photo on the right. Elizabeth Rose, our 2013 intern who designed this online version of the ALTERNATIVES TO VIOLENCE WORKBOOK, has just returned from almost two years of teaching English in China. This coming autumn while working for the Department of Sustainability at the University of Ohio she begins graduate studies here. Elizabeth will major in Recreation Studies in which she will build on her communication skills to help others build their enthusiasm to sustain good lives. |
